Well, that is pretty good evidence that a lot of Filipinos are still being expedited.

After zou receive NOA-2, call NVC to get you case number - give it about 2 weeks after your case status is updated with "Sent to NVC"

I honestly believe it is who you get. Because I am a December filer and wasn't approved that quickly. Still waiting though....

thanks for the reply i think not all Filipinos are being expedited probably it all depends on the case i guess. I have seen lots of cases here and on facebook that are still waiting for an update.

LoveMyTico, I have to totally disagree with you about Igor's List!

When we were at VSC we were only 6 days past out projected date!

My good friend was 6 days early on Igor's list.

It is a good cross section of America, and a good gauge to go by. You cannot look at the USCIS site as it is worthless.

Yes, many things can skew the time lines, BUT it is the best indicator we have and be thankful we have it.

then go right ahead and believe Igor's List. When our file was at the TSC, Igor's list was way off. It was like 4 months behind. I don't trust anything that only works if people input the correct information in timely manner. I believe Igor's list creates false hope. Good luck with that
