What is NOA2 hardcopy?

We are starting the k1 visa process next week. I'm reading the K1 guide and I could understand the whole process and It's time.

But I have also read in some timelines ppl have recieved a NOA2 hard copy, what is that and what is it for?

It's the I-129f approval notice. Once you submit your I-129f to USCIS you receive the receipt notice (the NOA1). When it's approved you receive the NOA2. Then you move on to the actual visa application at your consulate.
