Hi All,

I am not sure how many unfortunate people are there who are being processed at Vermont center which takes 15months just to touch your file in f2a. However can someone please clear one doubt. 1) If your category is current as per the visabuletin and your file is still at Vermont, what should be done ? :ranting: 2) If i am moving for work to California, will they help me transfer my petition to CSC california center.

3) when will i get a letter of confirmation which will also state my PD. I just got a standard email that my file is going to be processed at vermont. My UPS package was recieved on 29th Dec. But I never got a letter with a PD. They said i will get letter 7-10 days. But i am still waiting.

Will i get PD now or i will have to wait 15 months for the PD letter?

Thanks

agm

Folks,

1) I dont understand why all the FUSS about spouse of Greencard holder versus Spouse of USC ?. There is no logic of creating separation between husband and a wife/child irrespective of residency status.

2)Why is USCIS then allowing spouse of work permit holders to accompany faster than PERM residents or USCs spouse. What is the logic here then ?

3) Has someone filed a public interest litigation to present dialogue to shorten the process of husband /wife GC visa petitions much quicker ?

Really frustrating and annoying !!!

Regards

andy

Iam agree with you apparently is been like this.... We are all (f2a) mad about this process but who cares ... Time pass by people forget and wait because that s all we can, to be patient .... That s the system ...so sad.

I really hope a big movement on next visa bulletin!

Vermont will start approving your application just before your PD becomes current. That seems to be what they have done in the past. Whereas t seems the other service centers approve right away irrespective of how far away your PD is from being current.

either way - there will be a wait. If you are approved quickly like CSC does you will still wait a long time at NVC. If you are approved slowly like VSC does you will wait forever at USCIC. Its all still a waiting game for F2A......
