how to find out when NVC sends your file to embassy manila

my status is still at nvc.

i have a friend and her iinterview is on feb 2 and her status is still at nvc too

I see, called nvc earlier coz im planning to have an earlier interview and they said they will try to send my file and i need to call back on monday =)

I will check my ceac status till i see in transit but they told me by Friday

Mine still at nvc my friend's status changed this morning at 6 am

CEAC site says "READY" but I havent received any mail and I cant get through the USEM line to check. I still dont know if USEM have my papers...what number should I call to check if my papers are in USEM? Thanks.

I have the same question. We have our CC Dec 14.2014 but when checking ceac website it says still at NVC. Our interview date is Feb 6 2014.

Thanks Hank and teddy. My fiancee called today at 7AM EST on that number and we got an message that say that the number is not in service.

Then I tried calling this number --> (02) 976-8500 today...I was hoping someone can give me some information. The call center rep specifically told me to wait for the Eligibility Letter that will be send by USEM before I schedule an interview appointment. I've read in your site (http://visaconnection-philippines.com/#) that I dont need to wait for a letter in the embassy. But the call center rep said that there is a risk that the embassy wont entertain my appointment without the eligibility letter.

I'm really confused ..appreciate if you guys have any advise.
