Last night got off phone with NVC, told me that I got a checklist for Joint sponsor tax income. I asked him which income on form 1040 I should use, he said the total income, which that's what I put, and I just checked again.
So this morning I spoke to NVC, she told me it takes 42 days for a supervisor review, she recommended me send the same extra form, since I did used total income on my 1040 form, and weird thing is I put total income for 2012 and 2011 correct, but not 2013. How can that happen, I am looking at it, I took same extra line from all three tax returns.

Any recommendation for what to do.... :crying:

Thank you

Did you put the correct amount? If yes, then you may need to do the exact same form again and submit it again. This is similar to what happened to me two years ago where they said that my tax return number did not match the number on the form I sent. The numbers DID match but if someone did not read it correctly that was too bad for me. Rather than argue about it and beg them to look at it again it is sometimes faster to just send the form again. Do you think that is what you need to do?

unfortunately yes, I double check my form, it is exactly the same on the 1040 form. This is super sad, there goes another two month waiting time. :crying:

I asked for speak to supervisor this morning, she told me to wait, few mins later, she said she gave my case number to the supervisor, and told the supervisor what happened, the supervisor said there is no point talk to me since the supervisor can't give me anymore information. So, she told me just wait until supervisor review it again.

Do I get confirmation email said my case is currently under supervisor?

Thank you.
