"I disagree The Philippines cases are process faster because of USCIS ,at the NVC and embassy the process is the normal amount of time."

NVC for many Filippinos actually takes only two weeks to get the Manila case number. We got ours in less than two weeks, as did many others. You might have to call the NVC as NVC does NOT seem to send letters, despite stating they will. If you wait for the letter, you will likely not get one. Call NVC after two weeks of USCIS NOA2 approval and you will get the Manila case number over the phone. That was the case with us, as with many other Filippinos I read about on this forum and other forums.

I've seen some general comments about the Philippines, but I don't really follow. Most are in regard to K1 processing. Are K1's for Filipino beneficiaries processed at a different pace than other countries? Faster, slower? I'm very curious, since my girl is there. Any insight would be appreciated.

Things have been moving fast at USCIS for Philippines petitions it seems. Once the petition is done and moved on it goes fairly fast at USEM also... ;):)
