USPS also has a product called GXG. It has a guaranteed date and insurance. Its starts with USPS and FedEx will deliver in the Philippines. I not sure of the price. I should look into this also. It seems all documents are coming to me from the Philippines so far.

LBC has also been reliable for me coming from the Philippines. It was about 1200 or 1300 pesos as I recall. The package started with LBC and was delivered in California by DHL. It took about 5 days. How are the prices from here for documents?

thank you every for the tips and posts! :)

We will definitely have to just go ahead with fedex if ever my husband needs to send me documents.

But right now, got lucky as a our friend's cousin is coming home from the US next week, and has agreed for us to just mail her the letter and she'll bring it to me! I do hope there won't be a problem from USPS as they need to reach her on time!

Just mailed the letter from east to west coast and hopefully she gets it! Fingers crossed all goes well.

Once again thank you everyone!

Priority Mail is not a guaranteed product, only Priority Express Mail is. Normally they take 1-3 days depending on distance. If it's going from coast to coast I would expect 3 days. Hopefully it will makes it for you guys just the same. :)
