I just received by email and txt the notice of acceptance of my case!! how does it work now? how will they and how much of notice will they give me when it will be the time to get my fingerprints? I have an amazing vacation opportunity that I want to take advantage of this month but at the same time I don't want to miss any appointment with the immigration

If you leave the country, your AOS will be abandoned and you will have to refile for an immigrant visa from outside of the US. It is unlikely they will allow you to reenter on a visitor visa now that you are married to a US citizen.

Day 22 - 08/14/12 - Completed biometrics via successful walk-in at Columbus, OH office (We were the only ones there!)

Day 25 - 08/17/12 - Received NOAs

Day 36 - 08/28/12 - Notice via text of interview on 10/02/12

but how do they call you for fingerprints? like a month in advance for the appointment or they may call you a couple of days in advance?

They will not call you - you will get notice in mail, typically 2 or more weeks in advance. Now, if you leave the country with no AP, your AOS will be abandoned.

I see, I was planning to spend a couple of weeks in California, I guess it will be fine then
