Yo need the following documents for K-1 visa:

1) Certificate of citizenship or US birth certificate

2) Passport if available

3) Your past 3 years of TAX RETURNS

4) 2 color photographs (2"x2")

Support how? I assume this question indicates that you do not make enough money to financially support your fiancé per the I134 or I864 instructions?!?!?

Then a cosponsor or assets. Have you read the instructions for those forms yet?

this will help people answer your questions more effectively! When did you submit your petition? It can take 2-3 weeks for an NOA1 to arrive. Did you include the G-1145 form (which enables email notifications)?

I'm sure your NOA1 will arrive soon!

It depends when you submitted your packet, but yes, USCIS will mail you a Notice Of Action form (NOA1) when it arrives. Once your petition is approved and sent to NVC they will mail you a seperate notive (NOA2)

That seems odd you haven't received anything yet. Did you use any kind of tracked delivery to get it there? Has the check been cashed yet? Maybe try calling USCIS.
