Your NVC number is one that you've been using to deal with the NVC. You shouldn't register to return your visa until after you've done the NVC process. Should start with BGT if you're interviewing in Bogota, Columbia. The NVC will give you the interview date.

We're getting ready to register for our IR-1 interview in Bogota, and the Colombia.usvisa-info.com page needs us to list our DS-260 NUMBER in the registration section..

Is that number the "OMB" number in the upper right corner of our 260 from the CEAC site or is it something else?

Tx!

It's the DS260 confirmation number that was in the email attachment you received when you completed your DS260. You could get it by signing in to DS260 on CEAC site and looking under sign.
