London Medical- Drug Testing

Hi,

I was just wondering if other people have been drug tested at the London Medical? And if so, if marijuana shows up positive, what's the worst that could happen. Thanks!

This is better asked in the regional forum- a mod may move it there- although I imagine the medical is the same in all countries so perhaps not.

I would assume the medical includes drug testing. You can search for previous threads where people have tested positive for marijuana and see what the implications were for them.

What's unfortunate is that he does something illegal that could jeopardize his chance to join her in the US or remain in the US. It's a good practice for immigrants to obey the law so they never have these kind of worries.

They only do a drug test if there is reason to think the person has been a drug user, it's not done routinely.

I don't understand reading that people got banned when they said yes when asked if they EVER used. I mean, if someone smoked pot 20 years ago they would have to technically say yes. This is really confusing me bc I feel like almost everyone has tried one thing or another at some point in their lives. Teenagers experiment, that's life!

But in the County I live in the one pharmacy closed but we now have 7 dispensaries with more on the way.

I remember reading a forum post here about somebody that went out for an evening and was sat in the car whilst other smoked around him. The fumes he had inhalled landed him a 1 year probation order where he had to frequently have drugs tests every three months for one year. Admittance is just the same. If you think about cheating drug tests with products online, think again... They don't work, and could potentially be seen as something else. I would postpone the appointment for several months, especially if he's a regular user and stay clean!

I don't know if it is routine testing, but I was asked weird questions which I didn't see as routine...
