Anyone from Cagayan de Oro City and Davao City who had difficulty in getting any of the above documents recently? Thank you :)

Why do you ask the question? Does the person have to be from CDO to have a problem? Are you having a problem that maybe one of us here can help you with. By asking about CDO only people you limit your answer.

State a question/problem and let's see if we can help.

My fiancee is from CDO and did not have any trouble getting the 3 documents you list. She did have a major issue obtaining a passport, but that's another story. What exactly is the difficulty?

Thank you so much everyone for your replies. I truly appreciate them. The reason I asked is because I'm not sure if I would be able to get those documents in just one day since I'll only be filing one day leave from our office. Our head is kinda strict about getting a leave. I want to know the possible issues that I might encounter when getting those documents.

Find out which office opens first and go there early and que as first person. Then next office and finally the last office. You should be able to get it done in one day. If you have a friend willing to stand in a que while your at a different office that will help save time. Judge your timing and call her and tell her when to get in the next line. Good luck.

Doubt you well get them in a day, not even in Manila. Maybe if you apply online ahead of time.

Apply for your NBI online. Make the payment and visit anyone of 55 NBI offices to complete the process. Instructions here: http://www.thesummitexpress.com/2014/01/nbi-clearance-online-application-system-is-now-available.html

http://www.thesummitexpress.com/2014/02/nbi-clearance-online-application-step-by-step-guide-process-requirements-review.html

NBI Online application forms located here:

http://nbi.njis-ph.com/

Once you finish go to the nearest NBI office and state that you are an online applicant and they should send you to the payment window. After payment to biometrics, then photo and finger printing and then on to document printing.

Some people are reporting they are in and out in 30 to 60 min. But your experience maybe different. Get there early.
