Hello everybody,

I mailed the I 130 to petition my parents at July 2015. Yesterday, I got a approved notice for my mother, but father has not. I have no idea why Uscis has not approve both parents at the same time. I just can wait and let see when my father get approval.

Does anyone same as me?

Just an update:

I just received, NVC Welcome Letter today. The letter has all the step by step process along with the NVC Case Number. Now, i will be paying for Affidavit of support fee and collecting all the necessary documents to send it back to NVC.

Sister in law filled for mother in law. Sister in law not working so her spouse will be sponsor. Which forms to be filled by who?

I-864 to be filled by sister in law and her spouse?

I-864A to be filled by sister in law spouse only?

10/28/2015 Got an email from NVC that I can pay for IV

10/28/2015 Paid IV Fee $325

Now I am waiting for it to be cleared. Depending on my schedule next week, I will be able to send all documents or probably 2nd week of November.

Just curious... How come applications from the Philipines are approved so quickly ... Do they have some sort of exemption... Just curious

Ya I have question same like u too. Why from Philippines a usually 1 month they got approved already.

I applications for my parents on July still not approve yet . Was stransferred to potomac service certer on October. Again waiting....
