Hi guys maybe s dumb question but if a petitioner does not meet income requrements way below on income tax does he or she need a co sponsor or sponsor is that the same thing ???? Also do they fill out the same form I-134 ??? The partitioner had 2 kids and has a job but income level is low but has a co sponsor who makes $55,000a year is that enough ..please help

Timeline

The USC petitioner and the co-sponsor each fill out their own I-134 and provide supporting documents. The co-sponsor should also provide proof of being a USC or LPR. If the co-sponsor is single with no dependents, then he makes more than enough to co-sponsor a household of 2, himself and the foreign fiance(e) > http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf
