On two of my previous trips to the Philippines to visit my fiancé I took a detour to Guam to visit my mom. After visiting my mom I returned to the philippines. First I will fly to Manila and meet my fiancé there, the next day I departed for Guam and then return to the Philippines about a week later to visit and spend time with my fiancé for two weeks. In between my visit with my mom and the day I arrive back to the Philippines to visit my fiancé there is at least a one week gap. Will this time gap raise any eyebrows at USCIS or at the USEM or would they question this gap? I do have itiniraries and boarding passed to Show these trips to the philippines and to guam. Don't get me wrong I have more than enough proof to show that my fiancé

Absolutely no big deal, USCIS or USEM. USCIS simply wants evidence that you met your fiancee within the past two years, they don't care what you did with all your time. USEM is extremely interested in evidence of a genuine relationship, show them that and they will be happy, and they don't care what you do with all your time. ;)
