Shanelle..for I-130 just send I-130 form, G-325A, G-1145 and all necessary documents. I-864 is for round 2:)

Check VJ guide for I-130 (http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1) . This guide was helping us when we were submitting our petition.

Yes,

i got AOS invoice in email after 3 days

But no "IV fee" Yet.

My petitioner pay the AOS fee its under process right now

But he unfortunately clicked on DS-261 and it resets..I instructed him not to do that again.

In order to avoid delay what should i do now

1. Under Principal applicant theres "IV fee" and theres paynow link but its not working

As frips told me to pay through

https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/

Under this link payment not showing for "IV fee" as i did not receive invoice for that.

WHEN will DS-260 fill be filled.

Please let me know which things i should prepare to avoid any delay..

Thanks

You have to wait for DS261 to be reviewed. Then You will get IV fee invoice by email. When IV fee will be paid, DS260 will be unlocked.

One question to those who are in submitting the docs to nvc stage

Do the petitioner passport needs to have spouse name added .Does petitioner needs to have a new passport with spouse name of beneficiary added?

being a Beneficiary i have spouse name added on new passport. As marriage was done in my country.so being a beneficiary i added name of my petitioner as spouse in my new passport.

Does petitioner too needs a new passport before submission of docs.?

having a spouse added to a passport is something common to places like India. In the USA we do not add spouses or children to passports.

Also the IV package (Immigrant visa) does not require anything from the petitioner.

Thank you, Frips. Will only send those forms and not the I-864.

I am going to see my husband for two weeks in January - woohoo. It's been 6 months since we were married and last saw one another. I am taking the forms and supporting documentation with me and we will send to USCIS while I am there. We have been delayed in getting it sent prior to this, but, eventually, it will get done!!

Merry Christmas to all VJS

-------------------------

Question : Submission of docs needs to be done as the last step ?

1.Pay AOS fee

2.Pay IV fee

COz as AOS fee is paid they said that start completing AOS support documents..like tax statements n all..

My question is before Payment of IV we don't need to send any thing to NVC??

as name automactically came and cleared all confusion about the forms

one question regarding the DS-260 under petitioner section

Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?

What should be the answer to that..what does that means..
