Hey everyone whatsup? :)

Hey guys I wanted to ask what is an average salary for a part time job in USA. You know like studying and also doing a job side by side.

Obviously an undergraduate will not get a professional job , he will get jobs like salesperson etc, etc, so what is the salary for those jobs? I am asking this because I want to keep my expectations real.

That will vary a lot depending on where you live. The federal minimum wage is $7.25/hour, but in more expensive parts of the country you'll likely get more (but the increased cost of living will make it even out).

I'm the USC petitioner.

Depends on the location, the type of role taken and experience. A lot of salesy jobs have low wages with commission on top. Minimum wage varies from state to state.

I would like to know for the State of Texas, I am not just asking particularly for a sales job or cash counter but for other part time jobs too. :)
