Oh well, I cant believed I'll be posting my frustration again after weeks of waiting and my visa hasn't arrived still. It will be a month since our interview on the 12th. Does your status on the CEAC website state ISSUED?

If your status says issued there is a possibility that 2Go can't find you for many reasons. Give 2Go a call to see if they have your visa package.

2GO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR CHECKING DELIVERY

2Go customer service hotline (+632) 5287-136 is available Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

2Go office at MOA (02)901-1404. Call after 5 pm

What is your chosen delivery method? DId you choose the fastest one (pick it up at Mall of Asia)? That choice should have resulted in a visa a week or two ago, so time to follow up. If you chose a slower method, particularly delivery to your home in a remote province, that can add up to 3 weeks on to the time.

Still no matter what method you chose, you want knowledge because knowledge is power. Follow the advice of the other posters here to see what the status is.

Chose pick up at moa during interview. Been tracking evryday on 2go website and ustraveldocs almost everytime I aint busy. And still nothing.

If CEAC has shown ISSUED for weeks now I suggest calling USEM to inquire about your visa

(if it had been released to 2GO and not picked up within a week it is returned to USEM)
