I call usci to conform that my case was mail.it took me two hours but I finally spoke with someone that told me my case was approved on the 20 of October but have no idea when it will be sent to the nvc. Has anyone experience this?

Try phoning NVC to ask if they have received your petition yet. You will need your number that's written in your NOA1/2 as well as both the petitioner and beneficiary's full names and birth dates. Their number is 603-334-0700

Good luck! :)
