Agree with yuna... YES, they are STILL expediting Filipinos, which is why you saw that people were getting their NOA2s quicker. You will most likely get your NOA2 quickly, as they are expediting their petitions.

Us other TSC-ers will be waiting several more months. And CSC-ers will be getting theirs quickly, as well.

Our petition was approved very recently at the Texas service center. I applied on Sept 17th and the petition was approved on Nov 3rd. So it was only about 6 weeks for us. I hope you have the same luck

Ugh so sorry. Are you a July filer? I think they're working on July now, so hopefully you'll get it ASAP. They really should hurry this up. They're going to be back logged forEVER at this rate.
