It appears the website for visas USCIS homeland security has changed and there is no way to check to the status of a petition for the visas. Has anyone else have this problem or noticed the website has changed?

a follow up. I finally got hold of someone at the uscis, about the computer problem. She said basically a work in progress, typical business answer from uncle Sam. What is interesting she was able to tell me my noa1 date with general info, but she told me they were processing Aprils date @ TSC. looking on this site's dares it indicates processing dates for august 2 2014, which is it ?
