If you are green card holder, your wife is under F2A category. You need to file petition with I 130, G325a for your wife, G325a for you with fees in check n necessary documents to be attached. Plz visit following link for details of documents you will be required.

hi everyone i have a question my priority date is May 22 2014 what is the current processing right now and do they have a chance of getting current this year? and does obamas immigration plan benefit us in any way i have been approved by the uscis since November 19

Any news about Vermont center for nao2 ?

PD is Dec 13,2013

Are all people in he same boat or Something wrong with my case?
