PD of Feb 13, CC April 1, 204. Mexico.

How is that going to get more votes for election? Yes, maybe in 5+ years when these imigrants can apply for citizenship, if they even do and if they vote once a citizen. And why would NVC want more spanish voters? I'm sorry but your comment doen't make any sence to me.

That's the truth the Hispanic US citizens will vote for anyone support their people and you just said it's 5+ years which is for elections not much because the round is 4 years , and that's why the president is issuing these executive orders to give to more than 4 million illegal immigrants a path to citizenship do you think these people will vote for the republicans definitely not, it's all about elections and voters do you know that North America eats more than 50,000 from the F2A quota (88,000) and the rest of the world is competing on the remaining visas every year.

Do you know that Mexico is the only country which is not having any country limit that means if there are 88,000 Mexican applicants and their priority date is current they will eat the whole quota, and the rest of the world will wait.

Do you know that there are roughly 54 million Hispanics living in the United States.

Think about it and be fair with yourself you will find that everything goes with elections and who will take power to rule.

There are 2 categories in F2A, first one doesn't have limits and has 65000 visas second one has 23000 visas and there is 7% limit per country. So Mexico can get maximum 65000+1610(7%)=66610. Not 88000.

There's no categories under F2A because it's already a category under F2 your numbers are incorrect

F2A: 88000

F2B: 26000

Total:114000

Read carefully there are two sub-categories in F2a 88000=65000+23000! I don't mean F2B.

PD: Jan 17 2014

Service Center - VSC

Still waiting for NOA 2. I see a lot of late 2013 filers not too far from my PD. I'm hoping you guys get your approvals/interview letters soon. The sooner it gets to your turn, the sooner it will get to mine as well. The whole process is no doubt daunting and emotionally challenging.

In many of the countries that our spouses come from, the immigration system might very well be better designed and seamless. I was hopeful before executive action there may be a clause to directly address our needs. But that seems to be the job of the lawmakers.

Unfortunately the only component from that announcement that might partially benefit us is the reclaiming of unused visas and using 1 visa per family i.e. counting dependents as part of the primary beneficiary's application. This would mean more visas would be available (to hopefully spread the wealth across).

Current predictions for next month VB puts it at around the May 15th. Nicalord, you seem to have gotten lucky by getting into CSC. I read somewhere that they are not sending out i130 approvals until you are within a 6-8 month window from being current with priority date. I don't know if this was true for all service centers post september 2013 or just VSC.

It´s maybe possible at that date before august 2013, when this category was current, it was most people applying in other state or other city different west state, that can be reazon, or that depends where you sponsor send the application (I-130 form). as well the people waiting for your approval.

Well, looks like i was lucky my PD is JUL 22 2013 and my case was transfered from VSC to Nebraska on SEP 13 2013, in Nebraska was approved in FEB 28 2014 becaus of RFE, so it took 7 months from acceptance to approved. I feel really sorry for people that are waiting on VSC, but it doesnt matter if case is in VSC or NVC we all should wait for Priority Dates.I dont believe that VSC will take more than the PD comes current to complete a case, that will not happen for sure, so stay tight and strong.
