Day 0) 2014/08/27: Submitted Adjustment of Status package (I/485, I/765, I/130) to Chicago Lockbox

(Day 2) 2014/08/29: Package delivered at Chicago Lockbox per FedEx website confirmation-J Chyba

(Day 7) 2014/09/05: Acceptance via Email/Text of I/485, I/130, I/765

(Day 7) 2014/09/05: Checks cashed

(Day 11) 2014/09/09: Hard copy of I/485, I/130, I/765

(Day 14) 2014/09/12: Received biometric appointment via mail/ Appointment Sep 25

(Day 27) 2014/09/25: Biometric done at ASC local office

Since then I haven't heard anything. Should I contact them?

It's been a little over 2 months since you filed and a little over 1 month since bio. All you have to do now is wait. Soon they'll either approve your EAD or send you an interview date or both. If they need additional documents from you, they send you a RFE. I wouldn't worry too much.

You should receive the EAD doc hopefully by the end of this month according to your timeline. The AOS itself can take months depending on your local office.
