Document order for interview

Hi everyone. I read the brazil consulate info posted on this site. very informative, however I have a few questions about the order of documents- should any docs be stapled or paperclipped, or put in seperate folders, etc?

The passport style photos should not be attached to ds-156 but be in a seperate envelope or baggie, right?

do you submit any evidence with your documents or do you wait for the interview to get your evidence out, if asked?

Thanks for reading.

I have a question regarding this....my husband's interview is in two weeks, so now that we know the order of the documents, Do we also need 2 copies per document? And for his CR1, do I need to fill out a NEW I864? or is the one i filled out for the NVC sufficent, since that has been mailed to the consulate? And does anyone anything about the new I864 that came out this jan 2007...is it different? Do i need to worry?

Andrea,

I was told that we need a copy of the original document - along with the original. I was cleaning out my apt today and found about 10 copies of everything...hahaha. I didn't realize I had that many.

I think that I'd feel safer if I had 2 copies + the original.

As far as the financial documents, aren't yours different from mine because you're going for the K3?

I can't help you with that question.

But you may e-mail the consulate.

Good luck.
