Thank you so much for info. We're dealing with Church now, my fiance has a meeting on Saturday there and we'll talk about all the requirement, pre-marital counseling etc and we'll set a date. We'll also talk about the possible B plan and eventual flexibility on Church's site. Everything seems to be moving in the right direction though. The only thing I need to figure out is how long in advance to file before our wedding date. I think 12-13 months.

Thank you for Church recommendations but we're marrying in NJ. I found and old, beautiful AND Polish Church though :)

Not a prob on the church

When we did the K-1, it took 7 months end to end, from the day I filed the K-1 to the visa in hand; plus another 6 weeks for her to come over.

This was 3-4 years ago already.

It might be worth to look at the last year of Poland K-1s and come up with an average. I think 12-13 months might be to much in advance, but the good thing is that if it's longet than expected, then you just would need to wait a bit longer for the Church ceremony.
