I currently got a RFE saying that i need to provide more info that we met the last two years problem is I am in San Diego and she is from Tijuana so all i did was drive to see her so i do not have any passport stamps but i do have this info

I have a Hotel folio from a recent trip we had it says my middle name though? would it still be good?

I also have ATM receipts from Mexico, I provided Photos in my package a lot of them do i still need to send more photos?

would this be enough any thoughts?

we had rfe for the same thing. we mainly showed the passport stamps or orders saying you are in same place at same time

They do not have passport stamps, as they stated in their post. They do not stamp the passport when traveling by land through border crossings.

OP, Show all the receipts/credit card/bank statements, etc. that you possibly can. Photos together can be used to back those up, and even better if they are date stamped(or print them out with the EXIF data) and/or taken in front of a well-known landmark to show exactly where you were together. In these cases, you can also provide affidavits from family members that were with you and can attest to you two being together in person on certain dates.

You can also submit an FOIA Request for the border crossing records, but that would most likely take longer than you have to reply to the RFE, though adding in a copy of the fact you requested them but had not received them in time to respond might help a little. http://www.cbp.gov/site-policy-notices/foia/faq-foia

You can use a larger envelope. Just address it to the address on the one they provided. Make a copy of your RFE for your records and place the original on top of your papers in the envelope.
