I received this letter about a potential interview waiver, just wondering whats the average time to receive my husbands green card. Fortunately my husband has received his EMployemnt Authorization Card and the I-512 that serves as advance parole.....can we travel outside the US with this?

Yes. The EAD/AP combo card is used for work and re-entry to the US when traveling abroad, while waiting for the green card to be approved.
