Two case numbers returned?

When I check my fiancee's pre-interview visa status using her case number MNL2014XXXXXX, the response is that "the search returned two case numbers" and then lists two numbers which are MNL2014XXXXXX 01, and MNL2014XXXXXX 02. Both show "ready" status. What in the world does this mean? We have a child together, but he will not need a K2 because he is in CRBA process and will be US citizen with a US passport by the time my fiancee will have her K1, so I hope they did not get confused and somehow jump into a conclusion that we are applying for K2 as well.

Just ignore the one MNL #, proceed forward as you would for just your fiancee. The embassy will want to know that your child's CRBA has been completed and issued a U.S. passport and very likely will ask about it during the interview, so it would be good to bring his U.S. passport or at least paperwork showing the progress.
