For tax documents for the Affadavit of Support do I just need the return transcripts and is getting them online okay or do I need them mailed?

Can I get them online or do I need them mailed to me from the IRS? There is also an option for "Record of Account Transcript," "Account transcript," and "Wage and income transcript." Should I also send the actual forms I sent to them or are these enough?

You can simply call them so they can mail them to you. .. you want the Account Transcript.. Send the Actualy forms..

Thank you so much! But is it official enough if I print them from the IRS website? They have the option to print from online or have them mail but mailing takes a few days I think...

printed copy from the IRS website is fine. they want your federal taxes.

You do not need state. State is useless. Get Federal only.

We used printouts of the ones I downloaded from the IRS website. They took them, no problem.
