Can anyone tell me what this means?

I finally got the letter from NVC stating that they have transferred the k1 visa documents and that we should expect to hear from the Embassy in Paris in a couple of weeks thank God!

What I am worried about isthis http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/general/ineligibilities.html#waivers

The Attorney General may not parole into the United States an alien who is a refugee unless the Attorney General determines that compelling reasons in the public interest with respect to that particular alien require that the alien be paroled into the United States rather than be admitted as a refugee under section 207.

My fiancé had originally went to Europe on a tourist visa but while he was there he applied for religious asylum and thank God was approved..but imnt sure if this is considered breaking/overstaying the tourist visa. All his French refugee documents are up to date, but no travel documents until his appointment with the French gov on dec 10.

I didn't mention anywhere that he was a refugee, because I went to the immigration office and the officer told me after I brought and translated all the refugee documents that I shouldn't submit any of it because it might take longer to process..he said only send what we requested and didn't really want to hear the story.

So now that the interview is coming up im worried after reading the list of ineligibilities. Can anyone help me..prayers needed please :)

Applying for a K1 means you are looking for him to be admitted not paroled.

he doesn't have the travel document yet he has an appointment to apply in dec. He hasn't visitied me either, I visited him in france. He does have his Egyptian passport but we are scared to use it because of the visa that he broke/but yet wasn't broken because he became a refugee within this country. I was told by immigration at one point he doesn't need a passport and that the US CAN GRANT HIM A ONEWAY ENTERY PASS but imnt sure if that's a good move.
