Hi everyone!

My fiance is already gathering the required forms to start processing the petition for K1 Visa. He realized that I need to send the g-325a form and we're wondering if I can just scan the form after filling it out and send it to him through email or I have to mail it to him? I would really appreciate your help. Thank you and God bless you all!

Nope, we haven't done that yet. I'm not sure if I should use blue or blank colored ink to fill out the g-325a form and if I should write the letter of intent or I can just type and print it out. Thank you!

This has to be Original signed by each of you on separate paper. A copy is OK by signatures have to individual and in Ink. See Letter of Intent on VJ guides.

Needs to be an originals with the G-325A and the Letter of Intent to Marry. You need to mail them. Don't forget to send a 2X2 passport style photo (light background)

Don't matter on color of ink.

Letter of Intent can be typed.

hi vieljune.

im starting to process our k1 visa too..

they ask me to send

g325A

4pcs. 2x2 US passport size

letter of intent to marry - they even ask me to notarized it

photocopy of my birthcertificate - i send the original though.

LBC is the cheapest based on my search.

i paid 2095php to guam.

my letter of intent is notarized and i sent the original copy so they have additional pay .

according to LBC those types of documents have commercial value.

i sent it on saturday and they say i should start counting by monday which they might receive 3-5 business days.
