Well, the thing is, yours went to TSC, so it is understandable. Mine is at CSC. They generally process faster.

Clauydulce, wasn't your petition got approved within weeks after your paper work got transferred to CSC?

Mine was approved the 14 after 6 months waiting on my case number

:wow:

Congratulations! Happy for you. :dancing::dance:

Thanks for the encouragement as well. :yes:

Just a few hours ago I found out we got approved yesterday!!! 98 days. So don't worry, CSC doesn't tend to go over a hundred, usually.

I was freaking out as well, checking our status every day, so I was completely baffled seeing "post decision" after getting used to seeing "initial review" every day.

Hold on for a little bit longer, good luck!

Timeline

Late July, early August (I'm slightly confused on the dates but my Alien Registration Number was changed July 29) filer, not a peep. We were hoping a faster processing time, and I saw another fellow Finn get approved in less than a month. We're not in a tremendous hurry, but I'd like to have the ball back in my court.

Worried there's a problem and that's why it's taking so long.

Met: June 2004

I should have filed in September. Mostly september folks are getting approvals. Big mistake!!

Nope, no approval here and I filed in September....at CSC. But I am seeing everyone else that filed AFTER me being approved or getting an RFE. Although I am happy for those that have received some sort if notification, I can't help but envy them at the same time.....
