I am so optimistic because I am hoping that even if they are saying 60 days in the letter they emailed me they might get it done in 30 days. Also I am hoping they might get caught up with paperwork because of the holidays. At least that's what most people do before holidays.

Thank you. According to an NVC rep you will only receive the email when they receive your documents and physically scan them (input) into they're system. This is what I was told by them.

Ahhh, I see. the scan date is the date I recieved the email stating my documents and documents were physically scanned and inputted into the system. I received email last month (Sept 18th). I hope to get CC soon. I will call NVC today. I looked at the spreadsheet on this website. It looks like it took less than 60 days for most cases from the scan date/received date. Hope it is faster than we estimated.

Congratulations for completing your case!! Thumbs up! Just curious. How did you find out about your scan date? Is there a website that we could check out the status on? (if so, does it mention scan date?) or did you call NVC and ask about status (received date, scan date, etc)? I received only email stating that NVC received my AOS & my spouse's IV package and the process will take 60 days, but no scan date was mentioned in it.

Call NVC... My AOS & IVC mailed on Aug 23, Delivered on Aug 25. NVC Rep said documents received was scanned on Aug 27.
