Expedited Processing

To get an expedite, you need to essentially have a life or death situation and have a Congressperson help you. If you're not in that type of crisis, its best to not apply because it slows down the entire system. Most expedites are denied, and then USCIS has wasted time considering an expedite.

I just sent in an expedite a week ago. No congressman or anyone needed. My daughter was diagnosed with lupus and i have no one here to help. Cant work and be in hospital at same time. So not only is it medical but financial issue. On 6th they requested paperwork from doctor. Yesterday i requested an officer call me. I asked if i can get help and he says chances are high for an approval but the other officer can always say no. Even though i have all the proof that i do need help. Lets see what happens. With him talking its all about proof you can provide. Let ya know in a week.
