for my Wife, she is from the Philippines however has been living in Singapore for 8 years and is a Singapore Permanent Resident.

when we submitted the IV packet we only included a police clearance certificate for Singapore since she has lived here over 12 months however I think we mis-read the requirements.

did we also need a police certificate from the Philippines too?

as in

1 from Singapore

and

1 from the Philippines?

So the answer is Yes, we needed to submit a police clearance for Philippines as well.

now my question is:

is this a guarantee that the NVC will issue a checklist for this adding another 60++ days?

or

can will the NVC still accept this and we will just need to get one for the embassy interview?

im guessing its a checklist I am just hoping for the best.
