Why do I keep seeing that the California Service Center is processing the i-129f faster than Texas or Vermont? I saw several timelines of people who filed in July getting their NOA2 approved already.

What states get sent to the CSV?

I can't remember the full list, but it is dependent on the state the petitioner lives in... Midwest and west goes there. Can't remember how the south and southwest gets split up. East coast goes to Texas

If your petitioner lives in Oregon you will mostly likely be at CSC.

DS-261 reviewed over the phone:2015-09-17

Agent registration email: 2015-09-18

IV fee available: 2015-09-18

IV fee paid: 2015-09-22

IV fee showed paid: 2015-09-23 right before the end of the working day at NVC - at almost midnight EST.

AoS and IV package received: 2015-09-23

Mar. 21, 2018: Received NOA

April.24,2018: Waived Biometrics

It won't make a difference...I created that map months ago and even created a thread explaining where and how the petitions are processed but it got buried. Even when people know they are at CSC, they still put TSC and say they were transferred. I saw one just get approved a couple of days ago with that very scenario but I am no longer sending PM's asking them to correct their timelines as it really seems to be futile. Besides, there are just too many to keep up with :)
