my wife received her combo card in the mail 2 weeks ago and i have a important question , she want to travel to her home country for a few day , but the only thing is that her combo card and passport have 2 different last names i want to know if any she would have any problems coming back to the USA with that or would she have to while in her country change the last name on her passport ??

There will be no issue with that, but it is recommended to carry a copy of the marriage certificate in case they ask why the names are different.

Moving to Working and Traveling During US Immigration

It's a common situation. As stated above,she should carry her marriage certificate. The ticket will need to be in the name that's on the passport.
