Children over the age of 21.

The instructions aren't very clear. I am getting some mixed interpretations.

Question 14 asks how many children the applicant has, and says that it is a requirement to list all kids under 21. The person who I am doing a DV lottery for has 4 children and all 4 are over the age of 21. Will I have to write "0" in the box that asks how many children?

Also, I did not continue with the application because I was not sure about this, is that going to be an issue? I don't think there will be a problem by starting over again, right? Or does it save it somewhere and recognize that I backed out and just automatically disqualify?

In the case you describe you can put 0 or list them - that doesn't matter either way (since they are ineligible).

If you did not complete the entry that entry is deleted - and you can start a new application.
