GREEN CARD finally arrived and I've booked a trip to Italy! lol

I have a few questions, what should I do now that I have the green card?

contact the bank? change ss card? others?

Please if you have been through this..help me :)

I filed in January also, still waiting :( received a letter in May saying there was a 6 month delay on all applications so hopefully that's reduced n il see mine soon too!

Does your Social Security card say "Not valid for work without DHS authorization."? If so, yes, go to your local Social Security Administration office and update the card.

Thank you all. Yes, my SSC says that. So I should go there and change it. Do you know which documents I need to bring other than passport/green card/old ssc?
