I voted for Bush twice and Obama twice and believe each of those 4 choices was the right choice at that time.

At least now we know where the blame really belongs. It's AJ's fault!

I know you did. Unfortunately the McCain of 2008 was not the McCain of 2000. The McCain of 2000 couldn't win the republican nomination because he didn't have enough god and firearms in his platform. So in 2000 we got stuck with a moron who has not run anything either. Being the governor of Texas is like being the queen of Denmark. Mostly ceremonial role. The lieutenant governor sets the legislative agenda in Texas.

FTR, that says a lot about you. Nothing wrong with McCain but voting for him meant voting to put someone within a heart beat of the Oval Office that should be nowhere near that place.

I voted for McCain as well, but now that you put it that way, it scares the hell outta me. I can't imagine President Palin in my wildest dreams.
