Do you have a tracking number? Then you could just check online when it got delivered.

We also shipped our petition via USPS Express (so it was delivered within 48 hours) and got the NOA1 7 business days later. I am sure they have received and scanned your petition and it's just sitting in their mailroom waiting to be opened and reviewed. Just give it a few more days.

Hi! My fiance sent the package last sept. 30. Until now they havent received our package. Any idea why?

i sent mine 28 Sept and i have not received NOA1 as well...but i just saw the payment check clear my checking account so it shouldn't take long before i receive NOA1 from now. don't worry much about yours you'll receive a NOA1 in no time..next week maybe..since you're a fellow october filer please join the thread below for all October filers.. :)

It is not even a week. It can take a few days to a week even after it is received to get the NOA1. Did your fiance fill out Form G-1145 e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance and send it with the petition? If so, you should(doesn't always happen) receive an email and/or text for the NOA1 before your fiance receives the actual paper copy in the mail.

Yeah he did! Im juz wondering why its taking too long for them to receive it coz others maximum days from sending it were 2-3 days only.

Its the weekend on this side of the world....dont expect USCIS to work the weekend...lol :)
