Hello, anyone seeing my post here.

I have a question and would like to get an answer here. I will be very thankful for anyone who can answer me.

I was the beneficiary of K1 visa petition. But we've (my ex-fiance and I) got broken up during the waiting time for Packet 2, and we did not reply RFE. In this June my ex-fiance received an email of our case getting denial. Does this mean our K1 visa case came to an end? I need to apply for a business visa to the U.S. this December. Will it affect my B1 visa application?

I am very anxious to know the answer. Because my company needs me to have an important business visit in the U.S.. I will be greatly appreciated for you.

Thanks a lot.
