He was not symptomatic when flying into the US nor was he symptomatic for several days after his arrival. There is no recorded case where non-symptomaic patients have infected anyone else. Their bodily fluid become infectuous once the patient is symptomatic. Which is why it is a crying shame that the US health care system sent this patient who had early Ebola like symptoms and identified himself to the hospital staff as a visitor from Liberia home with a prescription for antibiotics.

That is why you shut off travel with these countries. Limit the visa applications. This man knew he could be infected.. I did some backtracking when I first came here and saw the threads that took aim at the former POTUS.

It's not racist to criticize the president. But when folks use words like Kenyan, one has to ask why? Do we call the governor of California the Austrian? He's more foreign than Obama will ever be, yet at one point, there was talk about amending the Constitution so he could run for President. Why is calling him the Kenyan so central to his identity?

For me, it's like a way to strip away his citizenship so you don't have to recognize his authority. I know you joke with it, but there are more than a few here who really think this way.
