People from Julye getting transferred?? Or not?

I just saw 2 people from June (beginning of June) that where transferred to CSC.

Is this still from when they did the transfers a month ago. Or am I missing something?

And there was one that just saw on igors list. That was transferred to CSC from July. What are the reasons for a transfer?

I'm pretty sure it's a fluke. I saw it too and I wouldn't put high hopes on it. Just trying to be at peace with this unnecessarily long wait TSC has in store for us. . .

I think most of those random hit or miss are people who don't understand the process. They think the service center is the lockbox and their petition was "transferred" when all it did was get initially routed. To be honest, I understand some people are confused. I read through this forum a lot before I actually filed and I don't think everyone does that, hence the confusion.

... I agree.. this comes up quite a lot and looks like TSC is randomly approving petitions, when it is just the Lockbox/TSC confusion thing.
