I'm asking about the possiblity of travelling to the US using a fiance visa even if I'm married in Egypt to an American citizen few days before travelling.

Thank you.

Not possible. You're married - fiance(e) visa is for people who are engaged.

Formally withdraw the I-129f petition (I would've done that back when it was returned in 2012) and once you have confirmation that it has been withdrawn contact the embassy in Egypt to proceed with CR-1 case.

I don't get your post. You said that you are already married in Egypt to a USC, so I don't understand what you mean when you say that you don't want to get married and wait for your papers to finish.

If you are legally married you cannot apply for a fiance visa, you have to apply for a spouse visa. For a fiance visa you have to be unmarried and stay that way until you enter the US, then you have 90 days to marry the USC fiance who petitioned you.

You can try to apply for a tourist visa to travel, but the chances of getting approved at this point are very slim if you are married to a USC. You would have to prove very strong ties to your country.

Bec I don't want to get married and wait for my papers to finish and we are apart. . Bec I think it will take time if I stayed in my country waiting for the visa

This does not constitute legal advice.

Well unless your spouse/fiance' lives with you you will be apart. You won't be finishing your papers in US your interview would be in Egypt.

@Ian No I'm not married yet. I want to know the fastest prosess to travel with him after getting married. I thought the fiance visa could help!

Normally yes they are processed faster but no guarantee's. Right now your embassy has gotten much faster in scheduling interview. Up until 3 months ago it was a 8 month wait. Hopefully things stay like this.
