If this was indicative of what most people on welfare are like, there would be a problem. It's not, so it's not. She's misguided and probably rather stupid but but as the average birth rate is creeping lower and lower I do not think anyone can seriously point to this as a trend of any kind. More than that, if that's her only income, she's not exactly living the high life and it is only temporary, I mean, we do understand that children grow up, right?
