Congratulation to all of you... i 'm wondering what happens to us (all feb\march fillers) we received noa 1 on march 17... Still didn't get any information afterwards about our status. We wonder why some April\may\june fillers get approved before us. This shows that USCIS is not work correctly! When we called USCIS on august 18 the customer service told us nothing new, Texas is working on application of Dec 31... Whats wrong here? Why we dont get a transfer too?

you are a March filer will get approved very soon they are working on February and March now since April and May Filers have been transferred.

I went to check the website after reading this post and while I haven't received any email or confirmation, the USCIS website does say approved, "post-decision activity." I was also a mid-April filer transferred from TSC to CSC.

congratulations :dancing::dancing: :joy:

This is how these petitions should be handle. No one and I repeat no one should have to wait to be with their loved one for 10 months to over a year.

CSC proved that these petitions can be completed in 2 months or less.
