Dear VJ Family!

Good day to you! I'm here again I will like to ask a question concerning our last stage to case complete we got a checklist recently asking for the Beneficiary Police Certificate, Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate but our Lawyer keeps requesting for huge amount of money in any step we take and now they are even requesting for about $750 just because they want to help send those to NVC and we will like to do this step by our self and what do you suggest about the step The VJ Family?

Thank you very much for the advice in advance.

Thank you very much for the advice! Do you think after sending all what NVC requested for case can get completed?

Well you can do yourself but that doesn't mean the lawyer will stop demanding money you owe. If you hired them up to a certain point that's different.

Also you get case complete once all your documents are reviewed and accepted same for the AOS package if all in order you will get case complete.

The IV package is the easiest to do just send in what they ask for in originals.

Thank you very much and I will do as you said but we don't have any outstanding debt, I'm sure NVC will also email them once the case is complete does that has any meaning or we still need to pay that way too and is it through is gonna take another 60 days to review the requested paperworks?

You have the right to remove your lawyer/fire at anytime. Just call NVC and tell them to remove your lawyer. They will have you and petitioners email and you will get all communications going forward. It's very simple. No need to include your lawyer if you no longer want their services. I would do that today.
