Always good to keep a copy of what you sent... The supporting docs all sounds good. Boarding passes are strong.. what you have paints a good picture. The son's name on the I-129F I dont think is a big problem. Others may have first hand info on that point.

You should put on the form if your son is going to the US with you so he can be a K2 beneficiary. If he is not going, I think it is ok but not sure though.

hes not coming with me. hell be coming over if he wants to when hes 16 (legally allowed to leave court appointed guardian - mother)

but from what i know hell have to file his own visa application then

It should be fine. I mailed mine in late February and I was extremely cautious of making sure I sent everything correctly. I went to Canada for 2 weeks to visit my fiancé and when I returned home, the package I sent was sitting on the table. They returned it because I wrote 2013 on the check for some stupid reason. Attached was a letter stating to correct this and send it back and they would mark it as a priority. Not sure how much of a priority it was since it will be 5 months next week and we haven't heard a word.

You are supposed to put any children you have on the I-129F form, regardless if they are applying for a K2 visa. From the instructions on the I-129F form: Complete the following for all children of the alien fiancé(e) (if any)

This may be a non-issue for your approval of the I-129F, however your son needs to be listed on the I-129F to be able to apply for the K2 visa in the future. From http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/types/family/fiance-k-1.html :

You're right its not that far, I mean you will be in Iowa. At the same time, its not exactly near to Ames...near to me is within about 30 minutes drive.

Answered, "Just notes to say who are in the photos, where they were taken, and the date." She said, "Oh... wow... That's precise."

I don't think they care that much. Don't lose sleep over it.
